1. Talk to Runs-Towards-Time at Anvil's Hostel of Saint Rosunius about works and donations for the Hostel.
2. (Optional) Speak to him again to give him 350 gold as a personal donation (ends quest).
3. Collect donations from Anvil business owners and return to Runs-Towards-Time with either:
   • 0 gold (and be expelled from the Order of Itinerant Priests).
   • 1-150 gold.
   • 150-349 gold.
   • 350-499 gold.
   • 500+ gold.

Detailed Walkthrough

The Hostel of Saint Rosunius is a building in Anvil's Little Arenthia quarter opposite the Five Fathoms Flophouse. You will find the Itinerant Priest Runs-Towards-Time on the basement floor. If you are a member of the Order of Itinerant Priests, he will request your assistance with works - specifically, collecting donations for the Hostel from local business owners. He asks that you aim for 350 gold. You can just give this to him by speaking to him again, if you have the money.

Otherwise (unless you want to be quickly expelled from the order by saying you couldn't collect anything), it's time to hit the streets of Anvil and to ask business owners for their money until you have an amount to give to him. Whether or not a business owner donates depends on their disposition, with most giving higher amounts if this is over a certain threshold. See the table below.

Returning to the hostel with less than 150 gold sees Runs-Towards-Time disappointed, but improves his disposition by 10, and gives you +2 faction reputation with the Order of Itinerant Priests. 150-349 improves his disposition by 30, and gives +3 faction reputation. 350-499 improves his disposition by 40, and gives +5 faction reputation, while 500+ gives a +60 disposition boost and +7 faction reputation.
