Silvia

Silvia is an elderly resident of Darklight Tower. She seeks to become a hagraven, a desire that her daughter Illia doesn't share. She is a key figure in the quest Repentance.

Silvia wears necromancer robes and a pair of boots. She carries staff of hag's wrath and a leveled dagger. In a fight, she will defend herself with her staff and destruction magic; she may also summon a minion from Oblivion.
