Alchemy description: Target is <mag>% weaker to poison for <dur> seconds.
Weakness to Poison has to be applied prior to a dose of poison for the weakness to take effect. For example, if the enemy is not weakened and you use a poison with Weakness to Poison and damage, the damage will not be affected by the weakness that time but the enemy will be affected in later uses of the poison.

Notes[edit]
- Weakness to Poison is sometimes amplified by other weakness effects, and sometimes it is the amplifier of other weakness effects:
- When applying Weakness to Poison with a weapon attack, it amplifies Weakness to Poison, Weakness to Magic, Weakness to Frost, Weakness to Fire, and Weakness to Shock. It is in turn only amplified by itself.
- When the player character drinks a potion with Weakness to Poison as a side effect, it does not boost any other weakness effect. It is conversely amplified by Weakness to Magic poison and by itself.
- The best way to maximise destruction output with Weakness Poisons is therefore like this: 1) Apply Weakness to Poison poison(s) 2) Apply Weakness to Magic poison 3) Apply Weakness to Fire/Frost/Shock poison.
- Weakness to poison is one of the potion effects that isn't available in standard potions found in the game world (such as Weakness to Cold, Weakness to Magic, etc.).
