Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Tervur Ryalas in Ald Iuval's Abandoned Hut about work and Skooma.
2. (Optional) Sell 4x Skooma to either:
   • Paupers in Ald Iuval (requires 70+ disposition for best price).
   • Edon Predelac in Ald Marak's Elval Tradehouse (requires 50+ disposition for best price).
3. Return to Tervur and give him 800 gold.

Detailed Walkthrough

Tervur Ryalas is the Ja-Natta Syndicate's Taskmaster in Ald Iuval, and can be found within the Abandoned Hut in town. You'll need to join the Syndicate if not already a member, requiring a 1,000 gold bounty on your head. Once you have, you'll be able to talk to Tervur about work. The first job is a simple one - peddling four bottles of Skooma.

If you wish, you can talk to others in the hut about the distribute the product topic for some tips. Those include seeking out rich buyers, alchemists, and Khajiit, while Mabrilete Eusine will note that the usual customers are town paupers, and that's who you probably need to go to.

By default, paupers in town will pay 100 gold for a bottle of Skooma, or 200 if you have 50+ disposition with them. They'll only pay 300 gold if you have 70+ disposition. As Tervur demands an 800 gold cut, you're therefore going to struggle to make a profit. Your alternative is taking the advice to find a trader. One such is in the Elval Tradehouse in Ald Marak to the east. Edon Predelac here can purchase bottles at 300 gold with only 50+ disposition, and just needs 30+ to pay 100 or 200 gold.

When ready, give Tervur his 800 gold to complete the quest. It's not actually necessary to sell any bottles to do this, but it's the only way to avoid a loss.
