Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Tervur Ryalas in Ald Iuval's Abandoned Hut about special delivery.
2. Bring the Soul Gem (Greater Ancestor Ghost) to Saldeni Andralor in Narsis.
3. Return to Tervur.

Detailed Walkthrough

Tervur Ryalas needs you to make a special delivery. It's of a soul gem containing somebody's ancestor, and the destination is Narsis. Ask Tervur about Saldeni Andralor to receive directions to the Ja-Natta base of operations there. Specifically, get to Narsis and then enter the sewers via a grate behind the Darothril Residence in the Foreign Quarter, then take the first left. You'll find Saldeni in the room beyond. Give her the soul gem for 100 gold, then return to Tervur to complete the quest.
