Detailed Walkthrough

Speak to Alvynu Llervas in the Measurehall: Petitioner's Hall about business and she will reveal that Belron Hlaalu of the Seventh Family has unearthed some documents that reveal an old debt from a lesser family. She asks you to visit the Seventh Family Manor in the Old Quarter, near the docks to solve this matter. Belron Hlaalu will ask you to travel to Sadrathim to recover the debt from Derayna Sadras of the Sadras Family that is currently worth 2,102 septims.

You can reach Sadrathim most conveniently by boat through Darane Sadralo who is a few steps from the manor, or leave the city from the North Drawbridge and follow the road northeast. The Sadras Manor is across a bridge on the high part of town. Derayna will initially refuse to pay the debt in gold, instead offering a piece of glass that she claims to be from the Seyda Neen's prow that would be most valuable to the Seventh Family. This is a fake and should not be accepted. Raising her disposition to 80 will allow you to reclaim the debt as intended.

Return to the Seventh Family once the debt has been collected. If you collected the debt in gold, Belron will thank you, and allow you to keep 700 from the debt. If you return with the shard, he will be disappointed but find it amusing nevertheless, and award you with 150 gold. Regardless of the outcome, return to the Alvynu in the Petitioner's Hall to complete the quest.

10		The Steward of Narsis, Alvynu Llervas, asked me to help collect on a debt for Belron Hlaalu, the patriarch of the Seventh Family. I can find the Seventh Family Manor by leaving north from the Council Quarter, taking a right down the stairs to the Waterfront, and then taking another right. The manor is located along the docks below the Imperial Consulate.
20		I talked to Belron Hlaalu in the Seventh Family Manor. He says that the Sadras family neglected to fully clear a 120 year old loan with the Seventh Family, which has come to a current total of 2,102 septims. He wants me to collect it from Derayna Sadras in Sadrathim. I can reach Sadrathim by boat from Narsis.
30		I talked to Derayna Sadras. She refused to pay in gold, but instead offered a piece of glass that was recently purchased by the family at an auction, which she claims is a shard of the Seyda Neen's prow.
35		I managed to convince Derayna Sadras to, though reluctantly, pay her family's debt out of pocket. She had some choice words for Belron Hlaalu's conduct.
40		I collected the Sadras family's debt payment for Belron Hlaalu and received a portion of the collected funds in return.
45		I returned the supposed shard of the Seyda Neen to Belron Hlaalu, who claimed it was obviously fake and mocked me for being a gullible fool. He nevertheless accepted it as satisfactory compensation for Derayna Sadras' debts. I received a small sum of money in return.
100	Finishes quest	I returned to Alvynu Llervas, who was pleased to hear of my success.
200	Finishes quest	Belron Hlaalu was incredulous and furious after I informed him of Derayna Sadras' death. I am now expelled from House Hlaalu.
300	Finishes quest	I returned to Alvynu Llervas, who angrily dismissed me following news of Belron Hlaalu's death. I am now expelled from House Hlaalu and will no longer receive any work from her.
