Alvynu Llervas wants me to help break up a strike among the Measurehall's court clerks, who are threatening to unionize in protest of their payment being changed from gold to scrip. First, she needs me to obtain a blank pay slip and figure out who their labor leader is. I can use whatever tactics I deem necessary as long as none of the clerks die.

I discovered the identity of the Measurehall court clerks' labor leader: a Khajiit named Sa'Ravi.

Alvynu Llervas gave me a forged pay slip. She would like me to plant it in Sa'Ravi's desk and then tip off a guard to have her arrested for fraud. Alvynu recommended using deception, threats, or bribery to plant the slip without Sa'Ravi noticing.
