The Orc Style is a crafting motif learned by reading the Crafting Motif 8: Orc Style book, found as random loot across all zones. All Orcs are able to craft in this style by default. Crafting items in this style requires Manganese. Like all styles, it is purely cosmetic. Items have the same stats regardless of the style you use.

Tiers

Unlike newer styles, the Orcish Style features 5 different styles or "tiers" of quality for most items. Tier-1 is the most basic style and it extends up to a more detailed tier-4. Originally, the style/tier of the item was determined by the quality of material used to craft it, but with the advent of the Outfit System, this was no longer a requirement in order to equip a particular style.

A special tier-5 of Orcish weapon styles exist in-game, these cannot be crafted or worn as an outfit, but are usually reserved for certain NPCs.

The Ancestral Orc Style is essentially the "tier-6" successor to this base-game style. This style can be crafted or worn, and includes upgraded designs and re-worked textures.
