The Tide-Born Style is a crafting motif worn by members of the Tide-Born and can be learned by reading the chapters of the Crafting Motif 134: Tide-Born Style book. Chapters (or rarely the entire book) are found by completing daily Delve and World Boss quests for Lector Volonaro and Morlia in Sunport. You can also occasionally find chapters in Psijic Portals in Western Solstice.
